Shourabh Singh is the Founder and Project Head of Eco Warrior, leading the organisation’s mission to build cleaner, greener, and more resilient cities. With over seven years of experience in the environmental sector, he specialises in integrated waste management, sanitation systems, and urban climate resilience, with a strong focus on translating policy frameworks into operational solutions.

He has led and supported diverse initiatives in collaboration with Urban Local Bodies, state governments, urban agencies and private partners. His work spans climate-resilient waste planning with the Bihar State Pollution Control Board and ICLEI South Asia, along with advisory roles in large-scale solid and liquid waste management operations across multiple cities. These engagements have involved strategic planning, technical assessments, institutional coordination, and capacity building for urban stakeholders.

Known for his strong systems thinking and hands-on execution, Shourabh brings policy, planning, and on-ground implementation together. His approach focuses on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and circular economy principles, ensuring sustainability initiatives are practical, scalable, and aligned with statutory and programme-level requirements.

He combines strategic vision with practical delivery and transforms environmental challenges into scalable solutions through innovation, governance alignment, and community collaboration.

Aastha Verma is the Operations Head of Eco Warrior, bringing extensive experience in carbon auditing, including validation and verification, across multiple sectoral scopes. She plays a key role in driving the organisation’s vision for a more sustainable and climate-resilient future.

She is a qualified validator and verifier under globally recognised voluntary registries such as Gold Standard, Verra, and Clean Development Mechanism, in accordance with ISO 14064-3 and ISO 14065. Her professional experience spans diverse sectors including solar energy, wind energy, clean cooking solutions, and water purification programmes.

Aastha has been closely involved in managing audit processes, project documentation, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance for large-scale climate action projects in India as well as international contexts. Her work reflects a strong understanding of carbon markets, environmental governance, and compliance frameworks.

Known for her analytical precision and solution-oriented mindset, Aastha brings a strong technical foundation and strategic perspective to Eco Warrior. Her leadership reinforces the organisation’s commitment to converting sustainability ambitions into measurable and verifiable impact.
